Considering Trying Therapy?
Here is what you can expect:
- Step 1: Fill out our Consultation Request Form to let us know a bit about what you are needing.
- Step 2: One of our therapists will contact you to set up a free 15-20 minute phone consultation to hear a little more about what you are looking for and answer any questions you might have about us or about the therapy process.
- Step 3: Should you decide to proceed, your therapist will send you a few preliminary forms and set up a session to get started.
